You must not upload or process any content that is infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate your access for uploading such material.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trimming Clips and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you upload, but grant Trimming Clips a license to process and temporarily store your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Trimming Clips makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Trimming Clips or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Trimming Clips's website, even if Trimming Clips or a Trimming Clips authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
